Vuelta a Finlandia

Ha sido genial poder estar estos días con mi familia. No se esperaban mi llegada y, al verme, todos acabaron llorando, fue muy bonito.

He aprovechado al máximo para compartir estos días con mi familia, ya no los veré más hasta junio. Me he divertido mucho jugando con mis pequeños, Sultán, Chopi y Creamley.

El sol me ha sentado bastante bien, me ha recargado las pilas.

Os cuento una anécdota respecto al sol: en vuelo de ida a España la mayoría de los pasajeros éramos españoles. En un momento del vuelo el sol empezó a entrar por las ventanas y todos exclamamos a la vez: ¡ooohhh!¡El sol! Nos hizo mucha gracia que todos tuviésemos exactamente la misma reacción, a si que empezamos a hablar unos con otros y coincidimos en los mismo, todos llevábamos dos meses sin ver el  sol.

Al bajar del avión estábamos como a unos 10 ó 12 ºC, hacía mucho calor para mí. En Madrid, todo el mundo iba abrigado y los que llegábamos de Finlandia con el abrigo en la mano. Se notó que veníamos del norte.

En este periodo de vacaciones he echado de menos la sauna y, por supuesto, la nieve. Menos mal que a mi vuelta a Finlandia la nieve estaba aquí esperándome acompañada de una temperatura de -15 ºC, realmente maravilloso.

Navidad

¡La Navidad está llegando! ¡Y yo a casa!.

En Finlandia ya hace días que las luces, la decoración de las casas está preparada.

En el centro joven hemos estado haciendo la decoración navideña con papel y cartulina, la verdad, ha quedado muy bien y varios de los jóvenes nos han ayudado a prepararla.

Los niños de la guardería hicieron una representación del Belén en la Iglesia, lo hicieron muy bien. Además, tuvimos la fiesta de navidad a la que acudieron niños y padres.

Hace unas semanas fui a ayudar al colegio de Asemanseutu, ya que, los chicos y chicas preparaban una fiesta con muchas actividades para realizar, lo pasamos genial.

Y hablando de mi: ¡Me marcho a casa en Navidad para estar con mi familia! No sé cómo van a reaccionar porque ellos creen que tengo que trabajar y no puedo ir a casa por Navidad. Mi viaje es una sorpresa. ¿Qué ocurrirá cuando llegue a casa? Ya tengo todo listo para el viaje.

Morning Walk

Today when I got up I saw that the snow continued, it was perfect because it had been Sanna walk to go to a beautiful place.

It took me a fantastic site, we had to walk a bit through the forest to reach the top, but it's worth it, a lake surrounded by a white snow forest looked.

The truth is, seeing the forest covered with snow is beautiful, reminds me of a movie I saw whose story is told in Siberia. 

Sanna has taught me a rock, on which is carved the border between Sweden and Russia about 300 years ago, with a line separating the two countries and a brand that each territory was.

Later, as we still had time, taught me other lake and river. The river is a hydroelectric plant, so I like using clean energy. The landscape is also super nice, but not as impressive as the last.

After a wonderful morning, in which I asked recharge, to work !!!!!

Mañana de paseo

Hoy al levantarme he visto que la nieve continuaba, era perfecto porque había quedado Sanna para ir a andar por un sitio precioso.

Me ha llevado a un sitio fantástico, hemos tenido que andar un poco a través del bosque hasta llegar a lo alto, pero ha merecido la pena, se veía un lago rodeado un bosque blanco por la nieve.

La verdad es que ver el bosque todo nevado es muy bonito, me recuerda a una película que vi  cuya historia se narra en Siberia. 

Sanna me ha enseñado una roca, en la que está tallado el límite entre Suecia y Rusia hace más o menos 300 años, con una línea que separa ambos países y una marca de que territorio era de cada uno.

Más tarde, como todavía teníamos tiempo, me ha enseñado otros  lago y  su río. En el río hay una planta hidroeléctrica, así me gusta, utilizando energía limpia. El paisaje también es súper bonito, pero no tan impactante como el anterior.

Después de una maravillosa mañana, en la que he pedido recargar las pilas, a trabajar!!!!!

Snow

They had several days warning and "My first snow in Finland." It has been snowing all day and I, like a fool all day glued to the window watching snowing, as if it had five years.

Early in the morning it was snowing slowly and little and I thought it would not be any snow, but as has been moving day has started snowing more and more and the landscape has been completely white, it's very nice.

That desire to go out !!!

Nieve

Llevaban algunos días avisando y: “Mi primera nevada en Finlandia”. Ha estado todo el día nevando y yo, como tonta, todo el día pegada a la ventana viendo como nevaba, como si tuviese 5 años.

Al principio de la mañana nevaba despacito y poco y yo pensé que no quedaría nada de nieve, pero según ha ido avanzando el día ha empezado a nevar más y más  y el paisaje ha quedado totalmente blanco, es muy bonito.

Que ganas de salir a la calle!!!

One month in Finland

Almost without realizing it reaches one month ago, time has flown by.

The truth is, I can only say good things so far, the only bad thing that I feel not go along with him to learn English or Finnish is a bit frustrating, really.

But as I said before, everything else so far is good. My work in the nursery every day I like more, children are great and all the little Finnish I know I have taught them. I find it incredible patience with me so tiny they are. I love.

The young center ever happened to me better because I'm talking to more people and I like people who dare to talk to me, ask trivia about Spain and all.

My Finnish family are wonderful, they treat me really well and I feel very comfortable with them.

And of course, I had to make a reference to the nature around me that although much has changed since I got these precious forests remain

Un mes en Finlandia

Sin casi darme cuenta hace un mes que llegue, el tiempo ha pasado volando.

La verdad es que sólo puedo decir cosas buenas hasta ahora, lo único malo, que siento que no avanzo con el inglés ni consigo aprender finés es un poco frustrante, la verdad.

Pero como ya he dicho antes, todo lo demás hasta ahora es bueno. Mi trabajo en la guardería cada día me gusta más, los niños son geniales y todo el poco finés que sé me lo han enseñado ellos. Me parece increíble la paciencia que tienen conmigo con lo pequeñitos que son. Me encantan.

En el centro joven cada vez me lo paso mejor, ya voy hablando con más gente y eso me gusta, que se atrevan a hablar conmigo, preguntarme curiosidades acerca de España y todo eso.

Mi familia finlandesa, son maravillosos, me tratan súper bien y me siento muy a gusto con ellos.

Y como no, tenía que hacer una referencia a la naturaleza que me rodea que, aunque ha cambiado mucho desde que llegué, estos bosque siguen siendo preciosos

Travel Kokkola

These past five days I have spent in Kokkola. In this city, I have received training for people who carry the European Voluntary Service (acronym in English, EVS).

The trip went pretty well considering we did not say anything and I know Finnish trains but as in Spain use them enough, I'm used to.

When I arrived in Kokkola I realized that all EVS traveling in the same train station Kokkola suffered an invasion.

We were seated in booths upon arrival. As for the rooms, it was a little overwhelming because there were five in one room. We could not move.

Speaking a bit of training, the truth, I had some pretty high expectations about what there was to learn about the EVS and to be honest, I did not learn anything. But the journey, of course, worth it, I had the opportunity to meet many people and especially Laura and Anna, with whom I enjoyed it quite recent days.

Also very interesting but brief the two classes of Finnish, were pretty good. And of course, the food, everyone agreed on the same thing: "We spent the day eating."

In summary, educational level on EVS I have not learned anything, but I had the chance to meet new people and go a little bit my favorite Finnish transport, the train.

Viaje a Kokkola

Estos últimos 5 días los he pasado en Kokkola. En esta ciudad, he recibido la formación para las personas que realizamos el Servicio de Voluntariado Europeo (siglas en ingles, EVS).

El viaje ha ido bastante bien teniendo en cuenta que no habló nada de finés y no conozco los trenes de Finlandia pero, como en España los uso bastante, estoy acostumbrada.

Cuando llegué a Kokkola me di cuenta que todos los EVS viajábamos en el mismo tren, la estación de Kokkola sufrió una invasión.

Nos acomodaron en cabañas nada más llegar. Con respecto a las habitaciones, fue un poco agobiante porque éramos cinco en una misma habitación. No podíamos movernos.

Hablando un poco de la formación, la verdad, yo tenía unas expectativas bastante altas sobre lo que iba a aprender allí acerca del EVS y, siendo sincera, no aprendí nada. Pero el viaje, por supuesto, mereció la pena, tuve la oportunidad de conocer a mucha gentes y, especialmente, a Laura y Ana, con las que me he divertido bastante los últimos días.

También muy interesante pero breve las dos clases de finés, estuvieron bastante bien. Y como no, la comida, todos coincidíamos en los mismo: “pasamos el día comiendo”.

En resumen, a nivel formativo sobre EVS yo no he aprendido nada, pero he tenido la posibilidad de conocer a mucha gente y recorrer un poquito de Finlandia en mi transporte favorito, el tren.

Me voy a dormir que el viaje de vuelta ha sido largo y estoy muerta de cansancio!!!

Starting my new life in Finalndia

I write a little late, and we are 10 September and took six days in Finland, which have been quite busy. 

On the one hand, these days I'm almost done with all papers in order to stay in Finland during these 9 months. Who does not know, you have to register with the police for control of foreigners, made ​​the maisttratti and open a bank account (such as brand Finnish National Youth Agency, CIMO) 

Meanwhile, this week fuio to Laapennrranta with youth to see a concert of Mikael Gabriel, a rapper well known here. 
I have started to work on the young center, but the boys and girls barely speak because it gives me a lot of embarrassment, but are beginning to play cards with me, teaching me Finnish, jajajjaja. 

And finally, I've started at the nursery with the children and it was great, I had so much fun. The only problem is that as I know nothing of Finnish children and trying to talk but I do not understand. I hope to understand in the coming weeks. 

With my new family, I'm happy, I hope it stays that way. With my Finnish mother I went several times to walk and walking the dogs, has taught me near the house is beautiful, all wood. For now, I love going for walks, when cold weather arrives we'll see, breathe pure nature here, all in silence, is fantastic. When you're with the highly charged head, go for a ride and ready, you do a total disconnect. I love it.

With respect to what I felt, well the first night when Alberto went and after staying with family in Finland, I went to my room to sleep, at that time the world came to me a little over, I thought "where I I get myself into? "and especially" why? ", but thanks to the deal so good that I'm getting from my adoptive family'm pretty good, and I think when I will get quite adapt much better. Yet, despite all, I miss my family of course.

Empieza mi nueva vida en Finlandia

Escribo un poco tarde, ya estamos a 10 de septiembre, y llevo en Finlandia 6 días, los cuales han sido bastante ajetreados y no me ha dado tiempo a escribir nada más

Por un lado, en estos días casi he terminado con todos los papeles para poder residir en Finlandia durante estos 9 meses. Para quién no lo sepa, hay que registrarse en la policía, para el control de extranjeros, hacerse el maisttratti y abrir una cuenta en el banco (tal como marca Agencia Nacional Finlandesa de juventud,CIMO).

Por otro lado, esta semana fuio a Laapennrranta con los jóvenes a ver un concierto de Mikael Gabriel, un rapero muy conocido aquí.

He empezado a trabajar en el centro joven, aunque los chicos y chicas casi no me hablan porque les da mucha vergüenza, pero ya están empezando a jugar conmigo a las cartas, a enseñarme finés, jajajjaja.

Y por fin, he empezado en la guardería con los niños y ha sido genial, me he divertido mucho. El único problema, es que como no sé nada de finés y los niños intentaban hablarme  pero yo no los entendía. Espero poder entenderlos en las próximas semanas.

Con mi nueva familia, estoy encantada, espero que siga siendo así. Con mi madre finlandesa he ido bastantes veces a caminar y a pasear a los perros, me ha enseñado las proximidades de la casa, es precioso, todo bosque. De momento, me encanta salir a pasear, cuando llegue el frío ya veremos, aquí se respira naturaleza pura, todo en silencio, es fantástico. Cuando estás con la cabeza muy cargada, sales a pasear y listo, haces una desconexión total. Me encanta

Con respecto a lo que he sentido, bueno la primera noche cuando Alberto se fue y tras estar con la familia de Finlandia, me subí a mi  habitación a dormir, en ese momento el mundo se me vino un poco encima, pensé “¿dónde me he metido?” y sobre todo “¿porqué?”, pero gracias al trato tan bueno que estoy recibiendo de mi familia adoptiva estoy bastante bien, y creo que cuando consiga adaptarme del todo estaré mucho mejor. Aunque, a pesar de todo, echo de menos a mi familia claro.
